Terms of Service

1. About FIVEFOX VENDORS

FIVEFOX VENDORS ("we", "us", "our") operates a digital storefront and related services. We may resell or integrate with third‑party vendors and platforms. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or endorsement by those third parties.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You are responsible for securing access to any accounts, keys, or credentials you receive. Sharing or re-selling credentials is prohibited unless allowed by the relevant platform.
You must comply with the terms of the platforms you use (e.g., AI tools, streaming services, gaming platforms). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms.

3. Orders, Delivery, and Vouches

Orders are fulfilled digitally. Delivery may require action from you (e.g., logging in, verifying email, following setup steps).
Community "vouches" reflect customer opinions and are not guarantees.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final and non‑refundable unless a written exception is issued by us at our sole discretion.
Opening a chargeback while an issue is under review may result in account suspension and voided warranties.
If a product is delivered but later disabled by a third‑party platform, this is outside our control and not grounds for a refund.

5. Warranties & Support

We provide products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We offer basic support for order verification and standard setup guidance. We do not provide advanced troubleshooting, device support, or custom configuration.
Any warranty windows or replacements will be stated at checkout if applicable; otherwise none are provided.

6. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized use of any product or credential.
No attempts to bypass platform security, violate terms of a third‑party service, or misuse licenses.
We may refuse service or terminate access for violations.

7. Third‑Party Platforms

References to third‑party brands or platforms are for description only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Functionality, uptime, policy changes, bans, or restrictions imposed by third parties are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our Support Server.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it for operating the store and support channels.

2. Data We Handle

Order data you provide (contact handle, order ID, items purchased). We do not store full payment card details.
Support data shared in tickets or DMs (e.g., logs/screenshots you choose to provide).
Technical data like basic analytics, device/browser info, and approximate region for abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Data

To process orders and provide basic support.
To detect fraud or abuse and protect our services.
To send service‑related updates (e.g., outages, policy changes) via our Support Server.

4. Sharing

We may share limited data with payment providers and vendors solely to complete your order.
We do not sell personal data.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention & Security

We keep order records as required for bookkeeping and fraud prevention, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
No system is perfectly secure; you share information at your own risk. Do not send sensitive credentials in public channels.

6. Your Choices

You can request basic information about your order data. Verification is required.
Notifications by email are currently disabled; check the Support Server for updates.
